drush による migrate において Migrate source site の DB情報が変更になったとき 以下の config を 変更しなければならない

$ drush config:get migrate_plus.migration_group.migrate_drupal_7 shared_configuration.source.database
'migrate_plus.migration_group.migrate_drupal_7:shared_configuration.source.database':
  driver: mysql 
  username: USER 
  password: 'PASSWORD'
